YOUNG COUPLE RECENTLY ENGAGED

Brief: 

Design an invitation for a young couple who were recently engaged, to invite family and friends to a casual gathering.

 

Background:

This was a great lesson on listening to the client and remembering that it is their project and not yours. The client is always right.

 

From the minute I was asked to design this invitation I had an idea for a retro flash back type vibe but thankfully the client was adamant that they wanted something a little more simple and honest. In the end the client got what they wanted and I learnt a very valuable lesson.
